Continuous training
Certifications, method training and conference time are budgeted, not begrudged. Your practice should be current when you leave us, not just when you arrive.
Equipment that works
Maintained to specification and replaced on a schedule. You should never lose an afternoon to an analyser nobody serviced.
Predictable hours
We close at 14:00 on weekdays and 13:00 on Saturdays. Shifts are planned ahead so your life outside the lab stays plannable too.
